JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas – Existing and potential customers looking to make more informed decisions on hosting courses inside myLearning can register to attend scheduled bi-monthly program overview meetings.
The next myLearning Program Overview meeting is scheduled for Feb. 2 at 9 a.m. central. Potential customers can request an invite by e-mailing the FD Gateway team at aetc.forcedevelopment.gateway@us.af.mil.
“The myLearning platform has truly enabled 21st Century student learning for Airmen and Guardians,” said Floyd McKinney, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command Learning Services branch chief. “As we move forward, we want to ensure myLearning customers understand both our current and future operating capabilities to help enable them as they make decisions for their training needs.”
The Force Development Gateway team hosts the meetings for myLearning customers to discuss the current and in-development myLearning capability offerings, as well as any other organizational-specific learning service needs.
During a meeting Jan. 19, the FD Gateway team met with representatives from Air Force Material Command, the Air National Guard, as well as units in AETC including the 37th Training Wing’s Inter-American Air Forces Academy, 59th Medical Wing and the 97th AMW at Altus.
Discussion centered on how the myLearning operating environment is more than a learning management system based on a secure technology stack that enables student learning, automation, and reporting for roughly 800,000 Total Force users.
Additionally, the team encouraged potential Air Force customers to complete the myLearning Fundamental training to see first-hand what the system has to offer.

myLearning debuted as a modern and interactive solution in 2021 and replaced training modules previously found on older systems. Since then, myLearning has successfully migrated to CloudOne, allowing for increased functionality in cloud computing when accessing courses. The new system also boasts enhanced data analytics which allows training experts to see which courses have a high pass/fail rate or which courses need improvement.
