My Training

The myTraining system provides the capability through 21st Century learning tools to manage the training lifecycle for Total Force personnel. myTraining was designed by the AETC Learning Services Division to enhance productivity, efficiency, and mission effectiveness and upward reporting to other services to share data needed for joint mission accomplishment.  


DAF e-Learning


DAF e-Learning (DAFeL) provides customizable learning solutions curated in coordination with DAF personnel, industry leading vendors including MIT Sloan, and Skillsoft SMEs designed upskill and reskill in business, leadership, and tech skills; advance careers; complete upgrade training; and prepare for and maintain professional certifications. Training is available on workstations or the Percipio Mobile App, and via modalities such as courses, videos, books, audiobooks, test preps, bootcamps, skill benchmarks, VILT, practice labs and AI Simulations. TTMS


TTMS provides a suite of web-based services primarily to manage trainees and students through basic military training and technical training, which is used by ~13K users for accessions, trainee/student management, testing, feedback/surveys, and reporting for ~145K trainees/students annually. ADSS

ADSS provides data-oriented decision support capabilities that facilitate trend analysis and pipeline optimization through the presentation of decision-ready training data in multiple formats and provides critical visibility into the health and performance of the flying training and enlisted technical training pipelines.  ADSS is comprised of modern, commercial off the shelf software solutions utilizing an up-to-date virtual operating environment.

DAF LEARNING SERVICES ADDS DAF E-LEARNING  (August 2023)
DAF Learning Services is excited to announce that DAF e-Learning (DAFeL) on Percipio, Skillsoft’s FedRAMP Authorized Learning Experience Platform (LXP), was added to the portfolio in August 2023.  Self-register at https://usaf.percipio.com with your CAC to view the courses, videos, books, audiobooks, test preps, bootcamps, skill benchmarks, VILT, practice labs and AI Simulations available via your laptop and mobile devices.
